Job Title: Customer Service Experience Leader

As a Customer Service Experience Leader at our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping us move even faster. Our mission is to deliver value to every customer every day.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop KPIs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our team members.
  • Conduct Needs Analysis: Conduct regular needs analysis to understand the knowledge gap and design training modules to address it, ensuring our team members have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Train New Hires: Train all new hires, prepare them for the role, and own the responsibility of critical KPIs for the first 45 days (onboarding period).
  • Critical Issues Identification: Identify critical issues in the process and take full ownership of bridging the gap, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Individual Improvement Plans: Develop individual improvement plans and train non-performers to ensure everyone has the opportunity to grow and develop.
  • Audit Customer Interactions: Frequently audit customer interactions, find patterns of agent mistakes, and develop short training materials that directly address the key issues.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Own the responsibility for knowledge transfer of any new process, ensuring every employee understands the new process or any change in the process.
  • Process Rollouts: Roll out process changes and related communications, ensuring a smooth transition for our team members.
  • Knowledge Base: Own the knowledge base, review and develop the knowledge base, and ensure it's always relevant, providing valuable insights and information for our team members.
  • Customer Satisfaction Score Improvement: Improve overall customer satisfaction score, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from our team members.
