Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate innovation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

The job requires a mix of business acumen, sales expertise, and ability to build strong relationships with CXOs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and nurturing key relationships with CXOs to convert corporations into annual members or sponsors.
  • Designing and pitching innovation-led programs that meet the needs of corporate clients.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
  • Representing our organization at industry events and conferences to expand networks and drive visibility.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 4-10+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, partnerships, business development, or innovation consulting.
  • Progressive experience in driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and delivering innovation-led engagements.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (required).
  • MBA or equivalent Master's degree (preferred).
