About the Role

This strategic position carries global responsibility for delivering next-generation network automation and intelligence solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide. As the global leader for Autonomous Networks, you will define strategy, drive execution, and lead transformation initiatives that enable our customers to harness AI, automation, and orchestration to build the intelligent networks of the future.

The Head of Autonomous Networks will play a pivotal role in shaping our next phase of growth and industry leadership:

  • Strategic Growth Driver: Directly contribute to our ambition to scale our Telecom and Digital Infrastructure business globally, driving revenue expansion and long-term client partnerships.
  • Market Leadership: Position us as a thought leader and trusted partner in the Autonomous Networks space, influencing industry standards and accelerating adoption of intelligent networks.
  • Client Transformation Partner: Enable CSPs and OEMs to unlock new revenue streams, achieve operational excellence, and deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Global Talent Leadership: Build and inspire distributed teams across India, LATAM, North America, and EMEA—strengthening our global delivery footprint.
  • Innovation Catalyst: Embed AI/ML and automation into the fabric of our services, ensuring sustained differentiation and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Set the Vision & Strategy: Define and implement our global Autonomous Networks strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends.
  2. Drive Transformation: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
  3. Innovate & Differentiate: Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  4. Engage at the Highest Levels: Represent us in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
  5. Build World-Class Teams: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  6. Collaborate Globally: Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven Expertise in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Track Record of Success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs, from vision to large-scale execution.
  • Executive Presence & Influence with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
  • Business & Commercial Acumen with a strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
  • Educational Background: Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; executive leadership certifications a plus.
