Job Title: Property and Infrastructure Specialist Associate

This role is responsible for identifying new premises for branches, negotiating with landlords, and finalizing rental agreements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the recovery of security deposits, repairs, and maintenance of assigned branches, as well as ensuring that all service tickets are closed within time lines.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience from banks or NBFCs. They will also need to have administrative experience in banks or NBFCs and be able to work in a full-time position with a salary of $800,000 - $1,200,000 per month. Benefits include a provident fund and a day shift schedule.

The job requires strong coordination skills, including the ability to ensure that all branches are functioning without any infrastructure-related issues. The candidate must also be able to process purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices, and ensure timely payment to vendors. Additionally, they will need to manage relocation of branches and update MIS on a regular basis.
