Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Trainer

We are seeking an experienced professional to mentor learners and deliver high-quality training sessions on Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.

  • Deliver engaging online/offline training sessions
  • Design and prepare course content, practical exercises, and real-time case studies
  • Mentor learners with assignments, projects, and interview preparation
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and releases
  • Support learners in certification guidance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve 100% learner satisfaction through effective mentoring
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive learning materials
  • Develop and implement a training plan that meets business objectives
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve learner performance

Additionally, the selected trainer will have opportunities for long-term collaboration and exposure to both Indian and international learners.

Requirements:

We require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics analysis
  • Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for teaching and guiding learners towards career success
