Job Title: Enterprise Oracle Solution Developer\

Our organization is seeking an expert in Oracle ERP and Fusion development to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in providing technical solutions and implementing them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle ERP and Fusion solutions that meet the business needs.\
  • Work extensively on Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI, and FRC to deliver high-quality reports.\
  • Maintain expertise in Oracle BPM, workflows, ADF, FBDI, FBL, and web services (SOAP & REST).\
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination.\
  • Train and mentor junior team members in Oracle Fusion technology.\
  • Lead or contribute to projects requiring minimum 3 years of Fusion experience out of total relevant experience in Oracle ERP (EBS+Fusion) exceeding 5 years.\
  • Prioritize tasks based on project requirements and adapt to changing priorities.\\
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.\
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle ERP and Fusion solutions.\
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:\
  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.\
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP (EBS+Fusion) and Fusion development.\
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle BPM, workflows, ADF, FBDI, FBL, and web services (SOAP & REST).\
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.\
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Adaptability to change, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:\
  • \
  • Oracle Fusion certification.\
  • Experience in leading or contributing to at least two large-scale Fusion implementation projects.\
  • Proven track record of successfully training and mentoring junior team members.\
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
