Oracle Fusion HR Functional Expert

Drive Core HR and Talent Management setup in Oracle Fusion. Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather requirements, design complex integration solutions, and provide hands-on experience in configuration and reporting.

  • Expertise in Core HR and Talent Management modules of Oracle Fusion
  • Configuration and functionality setup
  • Requirements gathering and complex integration solution design
  • Reporting for Human Resource, staff, management, and key stakeholders
  • Collaboration with HR peers on issue resolution

Education Requirements:

  • Required | Bachelor's degree of Science
  • Required | Minimum of 5 years' techno functional experience in Oracle Fusion

Experience Requirements:

  • Required | Proficient in LMS and Performance Management module
  • Desirable | Experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL
  • Essential | Data setup, handling, and multi-geo configuration skills
