We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong understanding of client requirements and mapping them with delivered features.
  • Identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds to clients, as well as estimating work for vanilla implementation, personalizations/work-arounds, and reports/integrations/enhancements.
  • Client presentations and demos, proposal creation, and responses to RFPs, ensuring overall solution excellence.
  • Understanding nuances of new releases and features, updating clients on newer solutions and estimations.
  • Ownership of delivery and customer relationship for managed projects, mentoring project teams, and providing quality tracking and team feedback.
  • Status reporting to internal stakeholders and clients, coordinating with Oracle SMEs as needed, and providing out-of-the-box solutions when required.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Effective analytical and organizational skills, with a good command over spoken and written English.
  • Scope management and customer expectation handling, with follow-through on all assignments and ownership of customer issues.
