Key role in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects

About the Role:

  • We seek a highly skilled Functional Consultant to deliver successful solutions across various regions.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Key Responsibilities include configuring and customizing D365 F&O modules, participating in data migration and testing, and providing go-live support.
  • This involves working closely with clients worldwide and collaborating on project delivery.
  • The consultant will gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and design scalable solutions in D365 F&O.
  • This includes leading and participating in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in key modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management), Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales & Distribution).
  • Experience in Fit-Gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design is essential.
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Able to work independently and lead small to medium implementation projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate / Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations is desirable.
