Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Professional to join our team in managing IT Hardware, Software and related services procurement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement of all types of IT assets, including annual spend size of over 100 crores. They will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, ordering, delivery and settlement.

In addition, the successful candidate will ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements, including internal and external audits of procurement to pay cycle.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to actively participate in annual budgets, track due dates and renewals, and prepare ahead of time for negotiations and closure.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to mitigate risk, develop alternates and optimize/sp strategize spend to achieve both speed and cost excellence.

The incumbent will take ownership of the spend category and manage it with consistency in delivery/availability, cost savings, risk mitigation and continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Engineering (Computer Engg/IT/Electronics) or equivalent
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management (PGDMM)/MBA in IT Systems preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 6-10 years in similar role in a large size complex organization

  • Collaborative approach with problem-solving attitude
  • Process orientation and strong ethics
  • IT/Computer savvy with Excel/MS Office skills
