Job Title: School Sales Manager - Edtech

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Sales Manager to join our Edtech team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual school sales targets
  • Meet school heads and owners to promote company programs
  • Meet heads of school chains to empanel Co. as adventure/travel vendor
  • Promote Co. through school conferences, associations, professional bodies, etc.
  • Recruit and groom school sales team to increase penetration in qualified school list
  • Work as part of the operations team in camps to ensure smooth delivery of programs
  • Update daily sales efforts in CRM, CDIS, and other platforms
  • Provide 24x7 support to the team and clients
  • Maintain and update different types of records and files
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in school sales (preferable in tour and travel)
  • Postgraduate (preferable in Marketing/Travel/Sports Management)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent public relations skills
  • Sales-oriented go-getter attitude
Growth and Compensation:
  • Fixed Salary of Rs. 68 Lakh per Annum
  • Attractive incentive structure after probation
Key Result Areas:
  • Bring business from minimum 50 schools
  • Generate individual revenue of Rs. 3 crores
  • Increase penetration in qualified school list
