Job Title: Senior Officer - Business Support Unit
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer to join our Business Support Unit team at DBS Bank. As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for providing documentation and credit-related services to support the disbursement of loan applications and post-disbursement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review offer letters, facility documents, and security documents for non-mortgage products.
- Perform pre-luminary checks on filled documents and initiate follow-ups with legal and valuation agencies for timely submissions.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers and customers for post-disbursement documents and exception tracking.
- Support the unit head in empaneling agencies, valuers, and lawyers for documentation and vendor payments.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and follow up with RM/Customer on closure of exceptions.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in similar roles in back-office credit operations/documentation with other banks/NBFCs.
- Graduate in Commerce stream with a postgraduate degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and various systems used by Credit Services.

- Proactive: Understanding of system implementations and changes.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication.
- Interpersonal Skills: Liaising with stakeholders including RMs, CCU, Legal Compliance, and Finance teams.
Technical Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and various systems used by Credit Services.
Work Relationship:
- Internal: Head BSU, Product Team, Relationship Managers, Credit, CCU, Operations team.
- External: BSU HO, Vendors, Empaneled lawyer, Valuers, and representatives, Customers.
