Sales & Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional to drive admissions and increase revenue for our educational institution.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive student admissions through innovative sales approaches and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Identify, approach, and convert leads into customers by building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Organize events, seminars, and workshops to promote the institution and engage with target audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to inform future sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector, with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is an advantage.
