Senior Design Lead

As a seasoned design leader, you will spearhead our design team and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them grow in their roles.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define design goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong design vision and creative direction.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design initiatives.
  • Conduct research, user testing, and design iterations to ensure that designs are user-friendly, intuitive, and effective.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology.
  • Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in design leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design, or art school.
  • Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and PowerPoint/MS Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
  • Demonstrable ability to work proactively and autonomously, with accountability for own decisions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to others through written, drawn, and verbal means.
  • Positive, demonstrable people management skills.
