">Job OverviewThe Candidate Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring exceptional interaction quality.
Responsibilities:- Act as a candidate advocate, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout the process.
- Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, providing clear communication if additional information is required.
- Educate candidates on the documentation process, offering guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
- Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
- Develop and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
- Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.
- Handle level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fundamental understanding of customer support and/or candidate management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all interactions.
