
Strategic Demand Generation Leader

A pioneer in transformative solutions, we are seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Manager to spearhead multi-channel demand engine strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will define strategic plans, manage performance, and drive measurable results through campaign building. Experience in marketing for regulated industries with complex buying cycles is highly valued.
You will be instrumental in driving pipeline creation, customer acquisition, product adoption, and expansion across our entire lifecycle—from first touch to renewal—while collaborating with Marketing, Product Marketing, BDRs, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
End-to-End Demand Generation Ownership
- Developing a scalable demand generation engine that encompasses inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, and ABM motions is crucial.
- Owning the end-to-end demand generation pipeline requires strategy, planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Tracking and optimizing KPIs such as CAC, funnel velocity, and ROI using real-time dashboards and analytics platforms enhances performance.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution:
- Pipeline growth through digital (SEO, SEM, email, display, paid/organic social, community) and offline channels drives success.
- Tailoring campaigns to persona-specific pain points and buying journeys is essential.
- Building and managing targeted campaigns for both new acquisition and expansion ensures effectiveness.
Marketing Innovations:
- Leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer, and Copy.ai enhances messaging, email nurtures, landing pages, and ad copy development/test.
- Automating segmentation/personalization across lifecycle and ABM improves performance.
- Analyzing funnel performance using AI-driven platforms identifies areas for improvement.
- Building intent models and PQL frameworks using AI-enhanced scoring optimizes results.
Full-Funnel Optimization:
- Continuously optimizing funnel performance using data, feedback, and experimentation is vital.
- A/B and multivariate testing, cohort analysis, and UX diagnostics ensure optimal results.
Cross-Functional Programs:
- Planning and executing ABM campaigns with Partners, Sales, and BDRs drives success.
- Delivering personalized programs for multiple buyer personas within a decision committee ensures relevance.
Marketing Operations & Tech Stack:
- Optimizing marketing automation, lead scoring, CDPs, and reporting tools boosts efficiency.
- Integrating AI tools for operational efficiency and insight generation streamlines processes.
- Managing performance reporting to leadership ensures transparency.
Requirements:
- Experience marketing enterprise SaaS in regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, quality, safety, compliance) is highly valued.
- Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is essential.
- 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation and growth marketing drives success.
- Experience as a player-coach, adept at both strategic leadership and tactical execution, is required.
- Proven expertise with generative AI tools in marketing contexts enhances performance.
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline and exceeding KPI-based goals is expected.
- Strong command of funnel optimization and multi-channel campaign strategy is necessary.
- Familiarity with ABM/ABX, marketing ops, and pod-based experimentation is beneficial.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, analytics platforms, and content automation is required.
