Job Opportunity: Senior Counsellor

We are seeking a qualified professional to serve as a Senior Counsellor, empowering students to make informed decisions throughout their University application journey.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in shortlisting Universities based on Course, Rankings, Specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide impartial advice on studying abroad to students.
  • Assess students' needs and preferences to offer tailored guidance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Universities to ensure accurate information is provided to students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the University application process.
  • Deliver presentations and webinars to students, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Support students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in counselling students, preferably from the Study Abroad sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
