International Student Guidance Specialist

Envertiz Study Abroad Private Limited, a subsidiary of Envertiz Consultancy, is a key part of the Envertiz Group.

Job Summary

We are seeking an international student guidance specialist to guide and support students through the process of studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment.
  • Handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students to build understanding and trust throughout the application cycle.
  • Adhere strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Follow up regularly with students, ensuring they are updated on every stage of the process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and record communications via internal systems (e.g., CRM).
  • Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation.
  • Maintain office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times.
  • Report progress and issues promptly to the Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or related fields)
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with global education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
