Program Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Program Advisor to contact warm leads for our programs via phone and email. The successful candidate will provide expert advice to potential students on how our world-class education can help them achieve their career goals.

As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for selling with a student-first mentality, providing white glove service, and advising students as if they were your family and friends. You must be self-driven and comfortable with making multiple calls per day, generating interest and awareness, qualifying leads, and closing sales.

  • Advise career changers on how our education from top-tier universities can launch them into a high-growth career.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.
  • Provide in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of inside sales or consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in international EdTech markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • A strong phone presence.
  • The ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • A growth mindset and the ability to implement feedback.
  • The ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process that require follow-up.
