Movate is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join its team. As a key member of the customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review new orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Process new orders on a web-based system.
- Clarify customer inquiries.
- Maintain high service levels and accuracy.
- Place orders with partners on a web-based order processing system; monitor status and take appropriate action.
- Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Any degree qualification.
Technical Skills:
- Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying entered data.
- Skills in reviewing, proofing, and verifying data.
- Able to learn new concepts quickly.
- Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly motivated in performing repetitive duties with minimal room for error.
