Customer Service Representative Role

Movate is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join its team. As a key member of the customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review new orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process new orders on a web-based system.
  • Clarify customer inquiries.
  • Maintain high service levels and accuracy.
  • Place orders with partners on a web-based order processing system; monitor status and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Any degree qualification.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying entered data.
  • Skills in reviewing, proofing, and verifying data.
  • Able to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated in performing repetitive duties with minimal room for error.
