Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a skilled senior professional to lead the implementation of data-driven customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) tools, such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in personalization tools and be able to design and deploy scalable solutions that enhance engagement and deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires strong technical development skills in SFMC, coupled with experience in developing, configuring, and deploying solutions. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in integrating SFMC with other enterprise systems through APIs and connectors, ensuring compliance with best practices for data security, privacy, and deliverability.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and deploying personalized customer journeys using SFMC tools.
  • Implementing dynamic content strategies using Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio or equivalent personalization platforms.
  • Collaborating with marketing, CRM, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.
  • Integrating SFMC with other enterprise systems through APIs and connectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SFMC development.
  • Strong experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Experience with personalization platforms, preferably Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio.
  • Proficiency in AMP script, SSJS, SQL for advanced customization and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with API integrations between SFMC and external systems.
