Cold Calling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cold Calling Specialist to join our logistics team. As a key member of our US-based team, you will be responsible for prospecting new leads, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers.

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
  • Promote logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
  • Build strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Accurately document interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team for seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
  • Must work US business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday).

Additional Information:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or logistics are an advantage.
