
Commercial Relationship Builder

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the banking/financial services/insurance sector.
The primary objective of this position is to sell financial products and services, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
You will work closely with branches, circle/RBO/location teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate sales efforts, manage customer relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of services.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively.
A thorough understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance products is essential, as well as knowledge of regulatory frameworks and taxation laws. Familiarity with Equity and Debt Markets will be advantageous.
Your key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans, and ensuring adherence to sales processes and requirements.
To excel in this role, you will need an MBA or Graduate degree with 2-5 years of industry experience. A good knowledge of Equity, Debt Markets will be added advantage.
