Technology Visionary

We are building a cutting-edge logistics-tech platform designed to simplify and optimize the way shippers and logistics service providers connect.

This role involves leading the technology vision, defining and executing the technology roadmap, building scalable and reliable products for the logistics ecosystem, and partnering with the founding team on strategy and growth.

  • Develop a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products.
  • Lead architecture and engineering decisions to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Mentor and recruit a talented engineering team to support growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution or equivalent experience.
  • Strong coding skills in Python (3+ years) with experience building from scratch.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, or logistics tech is an asset.
  • A builder mindset with hands-on technical expertise and strategic leadership skills.
  • Mid-level profiles (not 8+ years of corporate experience) ideal for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
