  • About the Role

We are looking for individuals who can prepare themselves to be consultants, deliver consulting assignments, and implement KAIZEN & Lean implementation projects at client sites. You will ensure strong outcomes aligned with operational excellence objectives, bring in promised change through process improvements, and deliver agreed results as per the contract.

  • Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure timely and quality delivery of consulting assignments with strong stakeholder engagement
  2. Achieve 100% score on discipline in R&KD initiatives
  3. Support ongoing development and excellence of the R&KD (Research and Knowledge Development) Team
  4. Use tools like Value Stream Mapping, Five S, Standard Work, SMED, TPM, Visual Management, and Problem Solving (A3/ PDCA) to implement real change
  5. Partner with client teams to identify improvement opportunities, design innovative solutions, and build internal capabilities
  6. Contribute to create and sustaining a culture of continual improvement at client organizations
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Btech Mechanical/ Industrial/ Production Engineering + M. Tech in Industrial/ Production Engineering or MBA in Operations (major and only as a single specialization)
  • Students from MBA Operations background should have done their UG in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering only
  • Power point Presentation skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent problem solving and public speaking skills
  • Programming language: Python, SQL, RPA (is a plus)
  • Statistical tools: Minitab, Advance Excel, Power BI, Tableau
  • Strong knowledge and fundamentals of Lean tools and techniques (VSM, Five S, Root Cause Analysis, Visual Management, 7QC tools, Poka Yoke, Muda, Mura, Muri etc)
