Job Purpose

We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to augment our capability in deploying Continuous Improvement methodologies across industry domains.

This role requires a strong understanding of improvement methodology like Six Sigma & LEAN with good awareness about RPA / Digital technologies.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • 1. Opportunity Identification
  • a. Identify business value delivery opportunities in client processes
  • b. Analyze requirements by demonstrating domain knowledge, understanding of client business scenario, constraints in implementation solutions, and technology in the digital space
  • c. Identify opportunities to implement RPA/Tactical automation solutions in F&A Domain
  • d. Drive top-down opportunity identification workshops and bottom-up ideation initiatives for creation of high-impact process improvement pipelines
  • 2. Project Mentorship
  • Mentor/lead process improvement projects using methodologies like Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean, and Design Thinking
  • Implement process improvements through structured approaches
  • 3. Client Management
  • Participate in client interactions to present process improvement case studies
  • Establish governance with clients for project opportunity identification/workshops, project validations, and sign-offs
  • 4. Process Excellence Culture
  • Design/customize process improvement frameworks for engagements by gathering requirements from stakeholders
  • Drive certification programs at engagement levels and participate in training programs as trainers
  • 5. Stakeholder Feedback Analysis
  • Analyze structural feedback from stakeholders
  • Support process owners to drive improvement plans for CSAT at organization levels
  • Provide feedback and drive corrective and preventive actions
  • 6. Quality Branding
  • Create awareness by training and bringing visibility to quality initiatives within engagements
