About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, execution-oriented process improvement sr. specialist who can map, simplify, and implement high-impact operational processes across departments. You will drive process clarity, ensure effective adoption, and collaborate with automation teams to scale SOPs efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving bottlenecks, eliminating slow workflows, and making things faster, clearer, and smarter.

Key Responsibilities:


• Map end-to-end SOPs across business functions (Sales, Ops, Marketing, Product, etc.)


• Identify root causes of recurring issues and design SOPs to prevent future failures


• Create How-To + Timeline Plans for each SOP rollout and drive its implementation


• Conduct training sessions to ensure successful team adoption


• Set KPIs to measure SOP performance, track results, and update SOPs when needed


• Continuously spot bureaucratic or redundant steps and simplify processes


• Identify areas where automation can accelerate work and coordinate with automation/tech teams to build those flows


• Evaluate if SOPs are slowing things down, and adjust systems to improve speed and decision-making


• Collaborate with department heads to maintain alignment with business goals

Must-Have Skills:


• Deep understanding of business process mapping and operations workflow


• Strong analytical thinking and root cause analysis


• Ability to write clear, actionable, and measurable SOPs


• Experience in KPI design and dashboard review


• Skilled in conducting team training for SOP rollout


• Collaborative mindset to work across departments and with automation/tech teams

Preferred:


• Experience in high-growth startups or scaling companies


• Previous work on removing manual bottlenecks or scaling up processes rapidly
