Process Improvement Specialist

The Cold Zone Finishing role involves assisting in the operations and quality control activities in the cold finishing section. The goal is to ensure smooth functioning of finishing processes, product quality compliance, and coordination with other departments to meet production targets and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operations of the cold zone finishing process ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Utilize SAP and other IT-related applications to monitor and control operations ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and reported.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify any potential issues.
- Use analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in the cold zone finishing process implementing changes as necessary to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Foster a culture of entrepreneurship and people excellence encouraging innovation and continuous improvement among your team.
- 3-5 years of experience in the DI-Ductile Iron Pipe Industry.
- Relevant industry: Any Industry, Iron & Steel.
- Education Degree: Diploma, Bachelor.
- Specializations: Mechanical Engineering.
