ERP Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing training materials such as eLearning modules, user manuals, job aids, and simulations for ERP systems.

You will collaborate with consultants, SMEs, and process owners to translate technical workflows into learner-friendly content. This includes creating end-user learning journeys that cover pre-implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design particularly for ERP systems SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics etc. They should also possess strong knowledge of tools including Whatfix Articulate 360 Canva video editing software and audio encrypting tools.

We are looking for someone who can simplify complex business processes for end-user comprehension. Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of adult learning principles are essential.

In addition, the successful candidate will have effective communication stakeholder management and project coordination abilities. High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision are also required.

  • Proven experience in instructional design particularly for ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of tools including Whatfix Articulate 360 Canva video editing software and audio encrypting tools
  • Ability to simplify complex business processes for end-user comprehension
  • Working knowledge of HTML JavaScript or basic programming is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite eLearning authoring tools and multimedia production tools
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of adult learning principles
  • Effective communication stakeholder management and project coordination abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
