Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned project professional to lead business and IT initiatives.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in project management, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for various business and IT projects.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Organize steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Track budget, resource allocation, and project performance metrics.
  • Maintain project documentation and share it with relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and systems integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
