Job Title: Dynamics 365 Administrator

 

The role of Dynamics 365 Administrator is critical to the smooth operation of our business. This key leadership position oversees the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to ensure minimal disruption to operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT project management skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement optimization, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues; lead IT projects, integrations, migrations, and ensure overall efficiency of the D365 environment.
  • Lead company IT projects, including design and deployment of new IT applications, systems, and services.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations for improving current business process and controls.
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
  • Troubleshoot software applications related to internal IT applications.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with expertise in finance and operations, Microsoft Azure cloud, sales and distribution, purchasing, inventory, production, accounts, and finance modules.
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT ERP applications and infrastructures across various technologies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS SQL databases, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure Cloud.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
