Job Title: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant

We are seeking a passionate professional to deliver business transformation through Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for advising clients, managing ERP implementations, and delivering high-quality solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and design solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead/participate in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations (Finance & Trade).
  • Develop solution demos, proposals, and effort estimations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage engagements to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and contribute to organizational offerings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3–8 years' experience in ERP/D365 Finance & Operations with a strong functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, Fixed Assets.
  • ERP implementation/project management experience with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Chartered Accountant / Institute of Cost Accountants of India / Master of Business Administration / Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology degree preferred.
  • Microsoft certification a plus. Travel readiness essential.
