Job Overview:

Detail-oriented and dynamic professionals are sought after to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects in R&D, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal projects across Engineering, Operations, and R&D using project management principles.
  • Track progress, deadlines, deliverables, and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and maintain open communication.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports.
  • Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Flag bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho, or Jira software.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for battery technology, clean energy, or sustainability is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of Gantt charts or scheduling tools.
  • Internship/academic experience in startups or engineering projects.
  • Project management certifications, such as CAPM or PMP.
