Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

About This Role

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German language.

  • Lead project planning sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate internal resources and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary to drive business growth.
  • Identify and secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects to expand our portfolio.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 8-11 years of experience in project management with a focus on leadership and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in German language is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with project management software tools, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are highly desirable qualities for this role. We also value candidates who can communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
