Job Title: Senior Officer, Personal Banker, Consumer Banking Group

Job Purpose:

As a key member of the DBS Consumer Banking Group, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and building strong relationships to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on acquiring CASA, salary accounts, and cross-selling multiple banking products. This role requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Acquire new clients by identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the branch catchment area.
2. Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and drive revenue growth.
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to cross-sell banking products and services.
4. Participate in corporate induction and migration events to expand the client base.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking or a related field.
2. A degree in any discipline, with additional qualifications in banking or finance being an advantage.
3. Strong sales and networking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
4. IRDA and AMFI certification is preferred.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
