We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of India's leading e-commerce grocery delivery company.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-8 years of on-ground experience in NON-IT hiring space, with exposure to hiring through various job portals and other channels. They will be able to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.
Key requirements include:
- 2 to 8 years of experience in NON-IT hiring space
- Exposure towards hiring through various Job portals and other channels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- A motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision
