Job Description

A key member of our global talent acquisition team, the Senior Recruiter will partner with business stakeholders to deliver top technical talent as we undergo significant transformation.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies, including sourcing, outreach, and interviewing.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates and building effective relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop data-driven recruiting strategies for technical roles, leveraging internal and external talent sources
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, leadership, HR, and finance partners
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, identifying new tools and techniques to attract diverse talent
  • Interview and screen candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers and sharing market insights to inform talent decisions
  • Ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, from initial outreach to onboarding

**Key Qualifications:**

  • At least 8 years of recruitment experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • Proven success in sourcing passive technical candidates
  • Demonstrated track record of building effective working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Prior use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions and strategy
