Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Leader to spearhead the launch and growth of our e-cycle business channels in urban and semi-urban India. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and analytical sales professional to make a meaningful impact on our company's mission to revolutionize urban mobility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and scaling B2B sales channels for electric cycles, focusing on different verticals such as resort chains, rental operators, and last-mile delivery companies. Key objectives include launching and managing a captive micro-delivery fleet, proving unit economics, and creating a compelling sales case study to win major fleet accounts.

A critical aspect of this role will be to develop and execute a robust commercial model that showcases the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and EMI-based proposals, highlighting a clear return on investment for fleets transitioning from petrol-based vehicles. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for structuring multi-site deployment plans, service level agreements (SLAs), and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure high customer satisfaction and fleet uptime.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in the mobility, logistics, or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing multi-site product rollouts. They should be highly analytical, commercially astute, and comfortable building complex TCO models in Excel. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for presenting data-backed business cases to financial decision-makers.
