This is a remote position that requires a Health Coach to work with patients and provide counseling services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition, life sciences, or a related field, and will be able to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay current on chronic disease management and digital therapeutics techniques to enhance program engagement and outcomes.
- Provide product-related counseling via outbound calls and chats to users, following project therapy briefs and quality frameworks.
- Successful baseline counseling and retaining users on the program.
- Information capturing, reporting, and management based on client requirements.
- Patient query handling using therapy brief guiding materials.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and clinical operations to share user insights, challenges, and needs to aid in developing improved care protocols and briefs.
- Share user experience and handling best practices within the team.
- Develop behavioral therapy understanding and utilize it in counseling approaches for users over time.
- Keep the Counseling Database updated and constantly improving as per program requirements, ensuring user interactions are improved week on week with required program metrics.
- Update relevant documentation to reflect user interactions and daily tasks on a real-time basis as per tasks assigned.
- Perform additional functions as required, in line with the company's intention of providing upskilling opportunities and ensuring backup planning in case of team member unavailability.
- Adverse Event reporting as part of Pharmacovigilance protocols as and when required, to ensure all product-related complaints, queries, and challenges are highlighted in a timely manner and reported in the provided formats.
Requirements:
- BSc in Nutrition, life sciences graduate/PG in life science/Psychology/Sociology/Mental Health Sciences/Science Graduate.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Good communication, listening, counseling skills, problem-solving skill, and behavior therapist.
- Reporting to TL Health Coach.
- Language preference: Telugu/Tamil/Kannada along with English and Hindi.
