Role Summary

Coding charts for various specialties, in accordance with CMS guidelines, including CPT, ICD, HCPCS, Modifiers, and submitting to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret patient medical records and demographic information to identify billable services.
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries about correct codes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of updates and changes in coding regulations.

Requirements:
  • BPT, BSC Nursing, MSC Nursing, B Pharm, M Pharm, BOT, Life Science preferred.
  • CPC/COC/CCS certification required.
  • At least months experience in coding domain in a relevant speciality.
  • Rotational shift work required.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminologies required.
  • Strong understanding of NCCI edits, local and national policies (CMS guidelines).
