As a seasoned HR leader, you will oversee the human resources function within the organization.

This crucial role involves managing key aspects of the department, including performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organizational culture and employee engagement, and employee relations.

  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance appraisal processes, annual goal setting, periodic performance assessments, and annual performance calibration with the leadership team.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
    • Enhance employee engagement and retention through effective employee recognition programs.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, providing guidance to leadership on annual salary revision, performance bonus payout, and annual salary revisions.
    • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across different job roles, implementing various delivery methods for diverse learning styles.
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure high-quality training sessions, establishing metrics to measure effectiveness.
    • Conduct regular evaluations and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training initiatives.
  • Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:
    • Foster a positive organizational culture promoting engagement, inclusivity, and productivity, developing strategies to measure and improve employee satisfaction.
    • Ensure effective communication channels, facilitating team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures supporting organizational development goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with a postgraduate degree in HR from a reputable institution.

    A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the IT/ITES industry, is required.

    Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent computer skills, and exposure to HRMS tools are essential.

    Additional qualifications include adaptability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

    The ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle confidential information, and thrive in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
