Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to spearhead our Human Resources function. As a Group Leader - Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing a large and complex site/location. Your role will involve complete generalist activities, HR initiatives, employee retention & engagement etc. for the location.

You will provide strategic thinking and direction to the team and implement the Human Resource strategies effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing vision, leadership, planning, and guidance for the development, implementation and management of an effective employee lifecycle.
  • Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with Customer base, serving as an interface between internal (Human Resources) and the business operations leaders to ensure effective delivery of employee processes.
  • Driving the continuing development of the team and the integration of HR functions.
  • Working closely with the leadership team in the development and implementation of both short and long-term human resources strategies designed to drive business growth, and overall employee engagement.
  • Partnering closely with the senior leadership team to drive culture change for the location, aligning to the cultural values.
  • Leading the creation of a culture of open and proactive communications so that every employee has the necessary information needed to perform to their maximum potential.
Required Skills and Qualifications

ITE/BPO industry experience is essential. 12 years+ relevant HRBP experience in third party business process services companies is preferred. You should have:

  • Experience leading teams in a fast moving, customer-centric, hands-on environment.
  • Proven ability to identify and independently solve complex problems through the implementation of systems based on industry best practices.
  • Must be well-versed with HR generalist responsibilities.
  • A strong educational background, preferably with an MBA/PG degree.
