
AR Call Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team as an AR Call Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone calls, ensuring that customer inquiries, payments, and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in RCM/DME and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. They should also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies and end customers
- Perform eligibility verification, obtain prior authorization, and request missing or incomplete payer information
- Update patient information and handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Continuously improve processes and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Graduation (any stream)
- 12 - 24 months of International Voice (Inbound/Outbound) process experience preferably in patient handling, Provider/DME AR calling
