AI Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- To identify, target, and acquire new customers for our AI services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- To develop and execute strategies for lead generation, client outreach, and deal closure to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with leadership to align sales strategies with our AI capabilities and solutions to maximize ROI.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals by leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to establish thought leadership and build brand awareness.
- A proven track record of consistently bringing in new clients for technology or IT services companies (preferably AI, cloud, or digital transformation).
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Enterprise with a strong understanding of the technology landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our AI services and be able to articulate their value proposition to potential clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
