Job Title: AI Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AI Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop autonomous AI agents using OpenAI Functions or custom orchestration solutions to handle tool use and multi-step reasoning.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation using Azure AI Search or AWS OpenSearch.
  • Develop intent detection models and natural language understanding (NLU) components for conversational AI applications.
  • Build and manage data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Databricks or Azure Data Factory.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Python with experience in machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong expertise in AI/ML orchestration and agentic AI.
  • Solid understanding of structured (SQL), graph (CosmosDB), and unstructured (Elasticsearch) databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of additional AI/ML frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
