About Us:

To further enhance merchants' business, Paytm offers commerce services through advertising and the Paytm Mini app store. By leveraging this platform, the company offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

About the Team:
The Government 3P team is responsible for managing government PG Accounts Pan India and Telco business (both On-Us and Off-Us). The team handles end-to-end onboarding, customer management, query/concerns resolution, and growing business on the PG Model.

About the Role:
This role involves growing distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations. Key responsibilities include extensive QR deployment and collateral placement, identifying and recruiting sales teams to drive business in the market, coaching and mentoring, and devising effective communication plans to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps. The role also involves monitoring quality parameters, validating and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales, and ensuring team members are in a market where sales & usage are done regularly. Additionally, the role requires good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively throughout the specified area.

The ideal candidate should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area. Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application newly learned ideas and concepts. Self-starters who can take ownership and navigate ambiguity will be an ideal fit. Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm, articulate complex solutions to novice customers, and possess good sales and negotiation skills with experience in quota-driven sales. Experience in payments and finance is a plus, though not mandatory.
