Our organization seeks a skilled Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the overall performance of the branch, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  2. Drive and participate in field marketing activities to improve brand visibility and drive sales.
  3. Plan, conduct, and monitor branch-level marketing activities to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads and business conversion.
  4. Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retention of old customers.
  5. Conduct error-free valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in the branch, with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
  6. Jointly maintain the vault's security, responsible for safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies.
  7. Responsible for keeping non-performing assets (NPAs) in control through strong follow-ups from customers for interest collections.
  8. Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch, developing cohesiveness within the company and coworkers.
  9. Hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training employees, providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
  10. Maintaining quality and performance of the business, preparing various reports, and taking necessary actions for business growth in the branch.
  11. Increasing Gold Loan business and other third-party products.
