Job Description:
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the branch. You will drive and participate in field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility and ensure a healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion and branch growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall branch operations performance and profitability
- Drive and participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team
- Plan, conduct, and monitor branch and field level marketing activities
- Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retention of old customers
- Conducting error-free valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in the branch
- Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities
- Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers
- Maintaining quality and performance of the business and preparing various reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4-7 years of relevant experience required, Bachelor's Degree or Post-graduation Degree preferred. Previous experience in gold loan banking or client service preferred.
