Job Overview

This is a critical leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the compliance framework across multiple data center locations.

  • Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks to manage risk, conduct thorough audits, and establish control measures.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on compliance findings, provide actionable recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance policies, training, and overall security posture.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Regional Compliance Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting operations teams within a dynamic datacenter environment
  • ISO9001 or ISO 27001 certification
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly with sound judgment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, or a combination of both
  • 3+ years of experience managing people
  • Reliable means of communication, reliable means of transportation (public or private) to get to/from work, the legal right to work in the country where the position is located, and the ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently

Travel requirements include up to 50% travel, so a valid passport and flexibility to accommodate domestic and international trips are necessary. This role also requires working nights and weekends on occasion.
