Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to all activities of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintenance, and control of the hotels' accounts payable and related accounts.
- Assist in any other way deemed necessary for the efficient overall operation of the Accounts Payable department.
The role supports a robust control and compliance environment and contributes to implementing EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tasks to the highest standards, including business partner work with hotel finance team members and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:- Ability to analyze large volumes of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate.
- Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of company, hotels, owners.
We are seeking an individual who is a university degree holder in Accounting or Finance and has proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required.
